No! I offer a monthly programme that includes a diet plan which is personally tailored to you.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Minimal equipment such as resistance bands, a couple of sets of low to medium weight dumbbells and perhaps a set of low to medium weight kettlebells for specific classes. You'll spend around 1 months gym membership on kit you'll use forever.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINERS?
I've been there, I've done it and I've literally bought, worn and repurposed the t-shirt. I know how hard it is to even start looking into a healthy lifestyle, let alone actually putting it into practice. I'll teach you all I know and all I have experienced, and give you the tools to do it yourself.
