Cancellation Policy

1.Certain medical conditions may restrict the use of EMS-assisted training. These include having a defibrillator, pacemaker, or experiencing epilepsy or other neurological disorders. If you have any doubts, it is advisable to consult your physician for approval prior to engaging in EMS training. 2. All cancellations must be given with 12 hours notice. Any cancellations after this time will not be rescheduled or refunded. 3. Each training session is 20 minutes long. You will need to account for 40 minutes in total - 10 minutes either side of the training session to get. In and out of the EMS vest and change.
