Training with kettlebells is a great way to mix any strength and conditioning routine, it’s particularly good for injury rehabilitation and prevention. Not only does it increase your cardio levels, but it’s great for boosting that sticking metabolism, and increases your strength all at the same time!



Improve your balance and stability with this 30 minute core blasting class. A strong core allows you to move in any direction as well as giving us balance. It supports our body by preventing falls and keeping us upright. So having a strong core is beneficial to everyone because it allows your body to function properly.



This 45 minute HIIT class will push your cardio fitness levels to the max. 
In this full body, high intensity interval training, we’ll alternate short bursts of cardio routines aided by resistance bands and weights, and short periods of rest. 
Tabata will keep working on your metabolism long after you’ve finished your workout. . . Helping you to increase your metabolism.

This is fun packed 30 minute class with no equipment where we will use our own body weight to strength and tone whilst hitting that cardio zone.
